Abbie Foster
Patient Care Administrator
In her role of patient care administrator, Abbie is the smiling face and the kind voice you hear when you contact our office. Abbie provides patient care coordination and scheduling, insurance verification and processing, and administrative support to our team. Joining Alltech in 2020, Abbie brings her experience in the Hospitality industry and her time working with patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility with her.
While not at work Abbie enjoys taking long walks, doing yoga, and hanging out with her husband and daughter.
David Hook
Certified/Licensed Prosthetist/Orthotist
David is a 23-yr expert in unique orthopedic disorders, injuries and lower limb amputees. He is a certified Orthotist/Prosthetist through the American Board of Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics and licensed through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Originally from West Texas, he received a BBA in Business Administration from Texas Tech University in 1990. Outside of work, David enjoys the outdoors including hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.
Sharilyn Johnson
Clinical Liaison & Education Coordinator
Sharilyn assists with community outreach, education, and support for our patients and referrals. Sharilyn meets with physicians, therapists, case managers, and patient care representatives to develop cohesive/team-oriented approaches for our prosthetic patients. Sharilyn obtained her Associate’s degree in Business Management.
Sharilyn is a golfer, a seasoned world traveler, and enjoys new adventures with her daughter.
April Rector
Practice Administrator/Owner
April oversees administrative and clinical processes. With 30+ years of experience in healthcare management, April is an expert in all facets of marketing, business development and strategy, daily operations, compliance and regulatory activities, insurance billing & appeals, and staff management. As an advocate for amputees, April works closely with healthcare professionals and insurance companies to provide the best possible prosthetic solutions for our patients.
Dianna Rhoads
Director of Operations
Dianna coordinates patients, clinical staff, referring physicians, and healthcare providers involved in prosthetic care and rehabilitation. She oversees appointments, paperwork, and communications related to a patient’s care, allowing us to provide the seamless care we are known for. Dianna brings 15+ years of experience in business management, and her incredible organizational skills allow our patients and healthcare partners to always know where they are in their prosthetic care journey.
