Even though all prosthetics companies have the same technology available for their patients, they don’t all consider what technology would be best for each individual patient. Some companies promise technological capabilities without considering your own individual abilities, much like being sold a sports car without knowing how to drive. At Alltech Prosthetics, we do everything we can to match the power of technology with your potential to get the most out of it. Joel De Leon Photo

Joel DeLeon

Certified Prosthetist and Owner

With over 30 years of experience in the field of prosthetics and orthotics, Joel DeLeon is an expert in upper and lower extremity prosthetic devices. He began his career fabricating/building prosthetic sockets then transitioned to providing patient care.

Joel is a licensed prosthetist with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and Certified by the American Board of Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedortics.

In his time away from work, Joel enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with his children and new grandson.

Jory DeLeon

Certified Prosthetist and Owner

With over 25 years experience as a prosthetist and more than 10 years of experience in the design and fabrication of prosthetic sockets, Jory’s knowledge and experience make it possible for him to match his patients needs and abilities with the most updated technology to provide the best prosthetic device available to his patients. Licensed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and Certified with the American Board of Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedortics, Jory also holds many certifications in microprocessor/computer controlled knees, feet and upper extremity prosthetics.

Outside of the office you may find Jory enjoying outdoor activities like boating and camping with his wife and 5 children or coaching his youngest son’s baseball team.

Technician

As a technician for Alltech for over 10 years, Eric has vast experience in the fabrication and design of all kinds of prosthetic and orthotic devices. Eric is in the process of furthering his education to become a Prosthetic Assistant, licensed by the State of Texas.

Eric was born and raised in Texas, is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter in his time away from Alltech.

Patient Care Administrator

In her role of patient care administrator, Abbie is the smiling face and the kind voice you hear when you contact our office. Abbie provides patient care coordination and scheduling, insurance verification and processing, and administrative support to our team. Joining Alltech in 2020, Abbie brings her experience in the Hospitality industry and her time working with patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility with her.
While not at work Abbie enjoys taking long walks, doing yoga, and hanging out with her husband and daughter.

Certified/Licensed Prosthetist/Orthotist

David is a 23-yr expert in unique orthopedic disorders, injuries and lower limb amputees. He is a certified Orthotist/Prosthetist through the American Board of Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics and licensed through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Originally from West Texas, he received a BBA in Business Administration from Texas Tech University in 1990. Outside of work, David enjoys the outdoors including hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.

Sharilyn Johnson

Clinical Liaison & Education Coordinator

Sharilyn assists with community outreach, education, and support for our patients and referrals. Sharilyn meets with physicians, therapists, case managers, and patient care representatives to develop cohesive/team-oriented approaches for our prosthetic patients. Sharilyn obtained her Associate’s degree in Business Management.
Sharilyn is a golfer, a seasoned world traveler, and enjoys new adventures with her daughter.

Practice Administrator/Owner

April oversees administrative and clinical processes. With 30+ years of experience in healthcare management, April is an expert in all facets of marketing, business development and strategy, daily operations, compliance and regulatory activities, insurance billing & appeals, and staff management. As an advocate for amputees, April works closely with healthcare professionals and insurance companies to provide the best possible prosthetic solutions for our patients.

Dianna Rhoads

Director of Operations

Dianna coordinates patients, clinical staff, referring physicians, and healthcare providers involved in prosthetic care and rehabilitation. She oversees appointments, paperwork, and communications related to a patient’s care, allowing us to provide the seamless care we are known for. Dianna brings 15+ years of experience in business management, and her incredible organizational skills allow our patients and healthcare partners to always know where they are in their prosthetic care journey.
